My practice is devoted exclusively to Criminal Defense, including: DUI/Driving under the influence, domestic violence, drug offenses, theft crimes, sex offenses, weapons violations, juvenile court matters, warrants, probation violations, and DMV Issues. I practice in all San Diego County Courts (Vista, San Diego, South Bay, El Cajon, Juvenile and Traffic) as well as Riverside, Orange, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties. |

I am a skilled trial lawyer with a reputation for excellence in criminal proceedings that developed during my six years as a prosecutor with the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office. During that time, I handled a wide variety of cases, including arson, burglary, DUI, domestic violence, robbery, narcotics sales and trafficking, assault, rape, child molestation, thefts and three strikes. My experience as a prosecutor allowed me the opportunity to develop close working relationships with judges and prosecutors throughout San Diego County. These relationships continue to this day and provide my clients with a unique benefit. In addition to my criminal defense practice, I am an adjunct faculty member at Mira Costa College in Oceanside, California where I teach Criminal Procedure, Juvenile Law, and Evidence.
